Quinta de la Rosa Wine Shop offers all the information, tools and services available from this website to you, the user, conditional on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
Each alcoholic beverage available for sale in our Online Store can only be purchased by a person of legal age in the country in which he/she places an order. If this condition is not met, the purchaser cannot proceed with your order.
SERVICE AND PRICES
Quinta de La Rosa reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any moment prior ro the placing of an order its commercial conditions and services, including, without limitation, its products and prices.
The images that illustrate every product at the Online Shop may vary from the product delivered.
If any ordered product is out-of-stock Quinta de la Rosa will notify the purchaser prior to the order being timelined.
ORDER AND PAYMENT
No order will be binding until it has been confirmed by Quinta de la Rosa by email.  Such an email will include all relevant detail about the order including delivery, invoicing, payment information, products and prices. Quinta de la Rosa recommends that the purchaser confirms all the details. If the information provided is not correct, the purchaser should notify Quinta de la Rosa in writing as soon as possible detailing where the information is not correct.
All confirmed orders will be processed only after payment has been received.
Payments will only be accepted through Paypal. Payments must be made in euros. Any exchange rate conversion must be borne by the purchaser.
If the order cannot be confirmed whether in whole or part, the client will be notified in writing by the Quinta de la Rosa sales team.
DELIVERIES & SHIPMENT COSTS
Shipment costs are included within the product prices.
Quinta de la Rosa contract the transportation to international carriers. The estimated delivery time for Portugal Continental is 2 working days and for Zone 1, 2, 3 and 4 the estimated delivery time is 5 to 6 working days.
Risk in the purchased products pass to the purchaser when breakages occur.  Breakages are covered by the carrier’s insurance and Quinta de la Rosa holds no responsibilty for any breakage or loss of the products after they have left Quinta de la Rosa.  Quinta de la Rosa does not accept returns and will refund goods only if they are proved faulty.
