Our friendly and knowledgeable team offer guided tours and tastings in English and Portuguese. Should you wish for a private tour in another language, please contact us.

During the visit to the winery and the traditional port cellar, you will learn about the family estate’s history, the vineyards, and how port and wine are made. After the tour we hold a tasting of two DOC wines and two ports.

During a private visit to the winery and the traditional port cellar, you and your companions will learn about the family estate’s history, the vineyards, and how port and wine are made. Should you wish, you can add a private vineyard walk to Vale do Inferno, which has some of the highest dry-stone terrace walls in the Douro. It is followed by a tasting of the Family Collection — some of our best wines, including Tim Grande Reserva white and Vale do Inferno red.

One of our most popular options: you will visit the winery and the traditional port cellar, learning about the family estate’s history, the vineyards, and how port and wine are made. This is followed by a tasting of the La Rosa White, Red and LBV over a fixed-menu lunch of an amuse-bouche, main course and dessert.

Exclusive Vale do Inferno Vineyard Tour€125.00
Walk through the vineyards to the famous Vale do Inferno. Built before the First World War, it has some of the highest and most dramatic dry-stone terraces in the Douro. We then take you through our winery and traditional port cellar, where our Reserve wines and ports are made. For the walk, please bring comfortable shoes, a hat and sun cream; we will provide a bottle of water.
